My first visit was 5yrs ago.l needed a bunk bed for my children l had just came from the Brick store on the south end of Red Deer.The salesmen thrre quoted me a price.l thanked him and said l was just looking.Went to the brick outlet and was promptly met by a salesman told him l was looking for a bunk bed.I didn't like what was on the show room floor.Told him about the the bunkbed at the other store.l can get that for you.He went on and on about a great deal he would give me.Didnt even ask what l was quoted at the Brick on the South side.He quoted me a price $300 higher l laughed and told him the price at the other store and proceeded to walk out.He started to whine you didn't even give me a chance to match their price.Sorry l said you have waisted to much of my time just to rip me off and l no longer trust you. So l broke down yesterday and walked into the store wondered around for 15 20 minutes nobody greeted me.l finally went to the customer service desk and asked if the 2 missing drawers came with the twin bed as 2 where missing.No she said that is why the price is marked down.I offered to buy the head board.She snarled at me and said oh no l will not separate the pieces.l was a little shocked at the attitude and said l doubt anybody will but it with 2 drawers missing.In which she replied we will see.l shook my head and walked out.Didnt even ask how much l would pay for the head board l would have payed her the price she wanted or very close.l won't be wasting my time in the Brick outl again.

My roommate and I went to the Brick outlet store in Red Deer today in search of a new couch and we were given exceptional customer service by Jen. She was very friendly and helpful in giving us a great deal on the couch we chose, as well as very thorough in explaining the benefits of the extended warranty package and the delivery process. We were extremely pleased with the whole experience and will definitely be shopping there again in the future!

Poor customer service, the woman working pretended we weren’t there. When we did get her attention, she acted like we were an inconvenience.
